Coordinate search

Search Dust2 with exact Source coordinates. The grid shows solver points and paths without loading map artwork or geometry.

Grid: 100 Source units · height is Source Z

Choose an available point or area control, then click or tap the grid to set X and Y. Pick both area corners. Enter observation eyes in the form. Drag to orbit. The grid is a reference plane, not a playable floor; enter the real Source Z before searching.

Search from Reachable from A finds where throws from A can land. From anywhere to B finds a start. Area modes restrict the target or start. Occlusion → B ranks collision lines from entered observation eyes to the throw release. Paste a setpos command Paste this site's setpos X Y Z command, with optional ;setang. setpos is feet height. Importing A adds 63.65625 units for standing eye height; the floor is checked when you search. Importing B keeps the pasted Z as the target height.

Start A · Source X, Y, ZA is eye height, not feet height. Enter a supported in-game standing eye position. Target B · Source X, Y, ZB is the desired effect position. A result depends on the loaded collision map and modeled physics.

Grenade Movement Goal Optimize for Target radius · units Start radius · units Lands within · s (optional)Throw within · s of starting (optional)Leave blank for no limit. Throw time counts run and jump keys before release, not walking to the spot; 0 keeps standing throws only.
